Flower Empower Experience
To design a training experience for the corporate sector where leadership is explored through beauty, collaboration, and nature.
The objective: to strengthen emotional intelligence, aesthetic sensitivity, and systems thinking through working with flowers.
In a workshop format, we combine reflection and practice, art and management. Through individual and group work on floral arrangements, empathy, cooperation, and a shared vision will be fostered. These dynamics, which combine aesthetic reflection, hands-on practice, and symbolic learning, explore a more humane, conscious, and harmonious leadership style.
