Workshops

Floral experiences designed for social transformation, well-being and team cohesion.

Beauty as a tool for care, learning and connection.

The Bloom Project

Dignity and Empowerment

Blooming Dignity is a creative intervention program for women and girls at risk of social exclusion.

We use flowers as a tool for:

• care
• recognition
• resilience
• identity reconstruction

It’s not about learning flower arranging techniques.

It’s about using flowers as a technology of care.

Aimed at NGOs, foundations, government agencies and projects with social or CSR focus.

Lines of work

Workshop “Migrating Roots,” floral creation inspired by plants and symbols from their countries of origin.

Emotional cartographies with flowers, sensitive maps that explore journey, migration grief and hope.

Tactile aesthetics, flowers with eyes closed, working with sensory materials: texture, temperature, sound to foster autonomy, confidence, and cognitive stimulation.

Collective Installation “We are Forest”, creation of individual pieces that come together as a definitive and whole creation.

Workshop “The Flower that Endures”, composition of minimalist arrangements that symbolize resilience and rebirth to promote self-esteem, emotional management and inner recognition.

Visual Notebook “My Future in Bloom”, through a botanical collage that integrates words, textures and plants, aims to build a narrative of the future, reduce anxiety and activate creativity.

Ephemeral garden, creation of a collective installation that temporarily transforms an everyday space.

Teambuilding Flower Empower

Floral design as a tool for cohesion, leadership and communication.

We transform team dynamics through shared aesthetic experiences.

Methods

Wellness Workshops

Blooming AofB

Experiences designed to reconnect body, mind and nature.

Interactive work with flowers to regain rhythm, mindfulness and creative pleasure. These can be integrated into corporate wellness programs or creative break sessions.

Extelier, the workshop that goes out into the world

Extelier is a creation of Archaeology of Beauty, the floral studio of Marta Eleonora Carballo de la Riva.

The term comes from combining “exterior” (outdoors) and “atelier”: a workshop that opens to the world.

Extelier is an ephemeral format that unites flowers, art and thinking.

A space for dialogue where nature becomes curatorial material.

Formats

Aimed at art schools, galleries, museums, and cultural spaces seeking aesthetic innovation and contemporary dialogue.

Are you looking for a different format?

In addition to our workshops, we design tailor-made?? floral experiences for institutions, companies, cultural spaces and independent initiatives.

If you have a specific idea or would like to adapt a format, we can develop it together.
